We had an amazing experience at the cabin. It had everything we needed and more, making it perfect for our family getaway.

You provided a beautiful cabin with a wonderful view. Our family had a fun filled week while in Tennessee.

Are cabin was great. Our grandchildren loved the pool, arcade games, ping pool table, and movie room. Location was close to everything. We had a fun filled weekend. There are a few items that could make it the cabin stay even better. A second roll of paper towels, more comfortable bed pillows. Other than that, the weekend was perfect.

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was very clean and everything worked perfectly. The views were amazing. It was a perfect Gatlinburg Getaway.

The cabin was everything we expected and more. Clean, spacious with outstanding indoor private pool, hot tub and game room; not to mention the awesome views of Smokies. The kids had a blast.

Overall, we had a great time. We were so happy that the cabin was decorated for Christmas since this was our family Christmas get together. The small issues were slow draining 3rd floor tubs and not enough sheets and pillowcases. We loved the pool, theater, game room, and hot tub!!

Everything was fantastic. If we needed anything they responded immediately. The pictures are exactly how the cabin looks. We are already talking about coming again. We have told our friends and they have already made reservations.

We had a wonderful time in our stay at Splash with a View. I would only suggest maybe adding a Keurig since that is what the majority of people use niw.

Awesome experience!! Cabin was exceptionally clean , everything we needed was present and the VIEWS were breathtaking!! We enjoyed all the cabin had to offer! Pool, hot tub ,theater room, ping pong ,pool table ,foosball,air hockey and arcade games!! We CAN’T wait to come back!!

Overall it was a great stay. It was easy to call in when something was needed like garbage pick up or help when then wind blew our hot tub cover off the balcony. The only thing I would say that would’ve made the stay 5 stars is a few more towels in the house for pool use, cleanliness under the couches and lastly some new nonstick cookware. However we did have a wonderful stay so thank you!

We had a wonderful time at Splash with a View! The toilet in the master bathroom was an issue when we first arrived, however you sent someone immediately to remedy the situation. We also were missing an HDMI cord for one of the TV's and you responded very quickly to that. This was our 2nd stay at Splash with a View and we will return. Our family of 10 had the best mini vacation ever!

Best Family Vacation Ever!! Our cabin was clean and equipped with everything needed to accommodate our entire family! We thoroughly enjoyed the heated indoor pool, movie theater, game room, pool table clean spacious bedrooms and all the other things that made our trip to the mountains enjoyable!! We’re already looking forward to next year!!

Cabin was clean and ready for us upon arrival. We stayed at this same cabin in 2019 and liked it so much that we booked it again for 2020. We will be booking Splash With A View for our 2021 family vacation and probably every year going forward!

Check in and out was great! I would like to thank you for allowing us to have a credit due to the COVID-19 issue. We enjoyed using the credit last week.

great cabin and great customer service

The cabin was excellent it was very clean and roomy. There were plenty of things for us to do in the cabin. The only suggestions I would make is the pool water was very moldy smelling and seemed to stay in our hair, the pool probably needs drained and refilled. There also was no privacy when out on the balcony the cabins are so close it wood have been better if there was privacy railing on the balconies. We had a great time though and will stay with Timber Tops again. This was our second stay with you and we enjoyed both times.

Our stay in the "Splash With A View" cabin was so amazing. The cabin was beautiful and very well kept. The staff was only one call away, which made the experience even better. We will definitely be back.

The place was spectacular. Our family really had a great time. There was so much to do at the cabin that many of my family members didn't want to leave to visit any of the town attractions. The only down side was the air conditioning unit in the pool area kept leaking and wouldn't cool the area. Maintenance promptly came, but the problem was never fixed. Overall, we really were appreciated of everything. Great mini-vacation. We look forward to doing it again and staying longer.

The place was immaculate, when called to pick up garbage very fast, friendly. Thr staff did an excellent job, we had a gorgeous view and had some memories made! Thank You for the BEAUTIFUL cabin

We had a group of 10,family an friends,ages 3 to 70 an it was GREAT for everyone. We would have liked it had the pool been a little deeper but we still enjoyed it very much! Will be back next year!! Every thing you advertised was what it was.

We stayed here last year when it was owned by Mountain Air and loved it so much we booked again. Our experience was equally as good as last year and we look forward to coming back again next year. The cabin is spacious and beautiful. Something for every age group to enjoy and our party ranged from 5yrs.- 83yrs.

Beautiful cabin! Some suggestions: few more garbage bags as part of the starter set (only had 2!), being texted code info instead of called (easier to record when driving), more kid-friendly movies in the collection.

Views and accommodations were WONDERFUL. Loved relaxing with my family in Splash With A View cabin. Only negative would be the uncovered grill at the road side, but the kitchen is stocked enough we cooked most our meals inside instead of using the grill as originally planned.

The cabin was very nice and clean although I do t think it can accomadate the number of people you have listed. We were a family of 13 and had to bring cots. I was also told there was a full size BBQ pit and there was not we had to go purchase one. There was not enough washcloths for 13 people either. The view was awesome but I would recommend this cabin for 3 couples or 2 small families not 15 people.

The cabin was amazing....the view breath taking!!!! It rained on us everyday but there were so many things to do in the cabin that we just didn't care!!! This vacation was about relaxing and being with family.....perfect place for that!! We can't wait to come back!!

Our cabin was amazing!!! One thing I was a little disappointed in was that for a cabin that sleeps 14 the pool toooo small 🙄 I truly expected it to be larger than that.... Also the parking was lacking.All in all we had an absolute wonderful week. Beautiful cabin, grrrreat weather and amazing view!!!

Trash service needs to be more often. Would like better seating in living room and kitchen. Need a toaster and better can opener. Overall it was great. Loved having the pool and hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked with items to use. Beds were comfy and hot water for the shower for everyone was great.

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was the pool was not heated and the water was so cold he could not use thd pool. But everything else was amazing

Did not like the 4.00 check in. We got there early, informed you, and received the call a few minutes after 4.00... all was clean, and beautiful otherwise. Will come back

Accommodations exceeded expections. Wonderful experience. Very clean & well maintained as well as equipped. The only suggestion would be a larger outdoor grill with a cover.

We ALWAYS use Timbertops each year when we come to Sevier County. We usually try a different cabin each time for the past 10 years, but we will try to stay at this cabin (Splash with a View) again the next time and the next time and the next time. Very nice cabin. Timber Top staff is by far the most friendly and courteous in the area and they will work to make you happy.

Amazing views!! The cabin is perfect! So much to offer, between the indoor pool,movie room, pool table, video game machine , foosball and air hockey table!! You literally don't have to leave the cabin to have a great time. Super clean and the kitchen has all the necessities!! Can't wait to go back!!!

This cabin had it all. The games, the movie selections, the pool, the tv's. You never have to leave. The privacy not so much as they were building a new construction right next door. Fully stocked kitchen was awesome!
