It was easy to book, check in and check out! We thought we had a problem with the water in one of the showers but it turned out we were using it wrong, however, the assistance was almost immediately. Thank you

Great / Awesome !!

We’ve been using Amazing Views/TimberTops for over 6 years. We’ve never had any issues they didn’t fix right away. This past stay, we had a septic tank issue and they had someone out to correct that the next day and we also had an issue with the AC unit to. We had it set at 68, left that morning to go sightseeing, came back around 7:30 and it was 88 in our cabin. We called that in and they had someone out within 20 mins to correct the problem. We will continue using Amazing Views!

Would like one more role of toilet paper and instructions to run the TV. Other wise it was clean and a nice stay.

We had a great weekend getaway... we enjoyed grilling on the grill and roasting marshmallows over the fire pit. The kids loved staying in their own lil cabin with the bunk beds, video games and air hockey.. we all enjoyed the hot tub.

We were very happy with our cabin. We all made memories there.

Amazingly awesome Cabin. My family and I had the best time. There was 11 of us and the cabin provided the perfect amount of space. The game room was a definite hit with the grands, niece and nephew . The pictures were true to form (rare) and the house was well stocked with the basic necessities. Loved it so much we’ll be back next year.

We stayed at Wears Valley Retreat, total of 6 people. My husband and I stayed in the game room/former garage. Timber Tops have resolved all our issues and we are genuinely happy. Upon arrival we heard bubbling in toilet and bathtub in our cabin and few hours later watched sink, toilet and bathtub overflow from septic tank issue. Plumber and maids came as quick as mountain driving allowed them to and found tshirt or something inside septic tank that was making everything back up. Timber tops management themselves contact us for refund for 2 nights of our time for the issue, without us even complaining. The cabin is gorgeous fun, hot tub, game room everything works now. It has everything you need for a great family vacation. 2 towns are nearby for some great fun. We have gone to the caves, ziplining, mountain coaster, downtown, museums, aquariums and more. Great touristy yet busy area but super fun!

The cabin was clean and located in a nice spot. Far enough from the crowds but not so far that things were hard to get to when you wanted to. The beds we're comfortable and the game room was a big hit with everyone. Great for rainy days!

Home is beautiful very well taking care of
