1. Mountain Glider
Rowdy Bear Mountain is home to the world’s first Mountain Glider experience. This single-railed coaster takes you through the air while your feet dangle below you! The combination of zipline and roller coaster will be one of the most unique attractions you have ever seen. You will start out three stories high before you glide your way between the trees. Not only are you given a thrilling ride, you will see some beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains on your way down! After you are situated in your zipline harness, you have handles that hang over your head to hold on to as you make your way down the course.
2. Mountain Alpine Coaster
One of the best ways to best experience the great views of the Smoky Mountains is to ride an alpine coaster. With the Mountain Alpine Coaster, you have the opportunity to soar through Rowdy Bear Mountain at speeds up to 35 miles per hour. However, if you want to go a little slower, the best part of the alpine coaster is being able to control your own speed! If you want to go slow so you can soak in the scenery, just pull back on the lever to slow the cart down. If you want to be more adventurous, push your handles forward to take off on a speedy journey through the mountain. Don’t worry, the carts are designed with a control system that does not allow them to come in contact with each other. Therefore, you are able to go at whatever pace best fits your personality. If you have smaller children, there are special double carts that allow them to ride with a parent.
3. Climbing Wall
Do you want to test out your climbing abilities? With the climbing wall attraction, you can see if you can make it to the top of the 30-foot wall. If you are visiting the park with family and friends, challenge them to see who can make it to the top of the wall the fastest. Not only is this a fun competition, the views from the top of the wall will be spectacular! Guests must be at least 5 years old and 48” tall to climb the wall. The climbing wall is just one of the fun things to do at the adventure park.
