3. The Peddler Steakhouse
The Peddler Steakhouse has been an institution in Gatlinburg for over 40 years. Guests at The Peddler will love admiring the Little Pigeon River, which runs right beside the restaurant. Just make sure you ask for a table next to the windows! All of the steaks at The Peddler are naturally aged and grilled over Tennessee hickory charcoal.
4. Friendly Falls
Located a short drive away from Gatlinburg, Friendly Falls is the only restaurant in the Smokies with its own waterfall. Perfect for lunch or dinner on a warm summer’s day, this unique eatery offers plenty of outdoor seating right beside a rushing waterfall. Popular menu items at Friendly Falls include the nachos, smoked trout, pulled pork, baked beans, and ice cream. Young visitors can enjoy digging for treasure at Gnorbert’s Magic Gem Mine.
5. Crystelle Creek Restaurant & Grill
Crystelle Creek Restaurant & Grill is immersed in stunning scenery, including a creek, a large tree covered in lights, a koi pond, and water that cascades off of the roof. This restaurant is famous for its oak wood-fired steaks, trout piccata, garlic rolls, and salads. To complete its romantic atmosphere, Crystelle Creek offers live music every night of the week.
