The event also features a costume contest and an exciting dance party hosted by the Carnival ringmasters! 3. Dress in Costume for the Trick or Treat Kickoff Karnival
Another great way to celebrate Halloween in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge is by dressing up for the Trick or Treat Kickoff Karnival at Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies. This family friendly event features costumed characters, food vendors, a pumpkin contest and plenty of candy for the kids! The event takes place on Tuesday, October 31, 2017, from 1pm to 5pm, and is the perfect way to kick off your Halloween. Enjoy getting together with local residents and other visitors of all ages for an afternoon of fun and to learn about trick or treat safety from the Gatlinburg Police Department.
