Nice quiet place for a couple to retreat minutes from fun and then minutes back to seclusion. I will say the view is not that beautiful but if you want to get away it's a nice spot

The cabin was just perfect size for my husband and I. We enjoyed our stay. Washer was confusing, needed better directions. Would go again.

I really enjoyed our short stay at pur beautiful cabin. We wish we could have stayed longer. We were there for cheer competitions. I love the late check-in it was really helpful for us. Thank you we can not wait to book with you again.

The stay over all has been one of the best experiences we've ever had in the mountains. We come every year at some point and always stay at different cabins and companies every time we come. But your cabin and staff have been some of the best we've ever had. And we'll definitely return to this same cabin in the future.

Everything was wonderful. The cabin was nice and clean, there were NO BUGS, everyone had their own space, it was comfortable and cozy. That bed on the 2nd level is SOOOOO COMFORTABLE!!!!!! I didn't wanna leave the room! I would definitely stay again.

Bear Essentials was a great cabin. Very clean, great hot tub and comfortable living room with media center. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate with our stay. Mid 20's at night and only mid 30's during the day. We set the hot tub temperature at 103 which was perfect for the outside temperature. Great job Timber Tops. Hope to see you this fall.

We stayed in Bear Elegance for a week June 2016. It was very clean, zero insects, and peaceful. We made the reservations with was online, received all papers needed at check in and checked out ober the phone by simply leaving a voicemail. We would highly recommend this cabin if it fits your needs.

The cabin was great! One suggestion getting better equipment for the projector screen. We could not get the sound to come in.

Cabin was great. Little bit out of of the way but not to bad. Screen door to upper deck hot tub area needs a more secure latch or door. Enjoyed our stay. We'll be back.

Staff was very nice and it was also very nice being able to check in late. My only complaint is about the location of the cabin. I think it should be listed that it takes 35 minutes to get to town. Other than that, everything was great!

The cabin was very nice except that the bed in the master bedroom was broken in some way and one side of the bed essentially was a whole a few inches lower than the other side.

Cabin was very nice with the desired amenities. However, several SMALL annoyances were evident like the following: Solid Wood "saddle type" dining area chairs are uncomfortable and can be unsafe. No Pool Cue Chalk. Only 1 "used up" block in the rubber holder on the corner pocket. Only 1 SMALL scoop of dishwasher detergent available (good for barely 1 load of dishes). Only 1 roll of paper towels available. Need instructions written and/or posted somewhere describing how to turn on the downstairs Sony Projection TV & Blu Ray Sound. Downstairs stays VERY COOL since upstairs heat will not migrate downward with high ceiling present. Small space heater would be good. Outdoors Jacuzzi BADLY needs a replacement TOP. It could easily be paid for in energy savings from lost heat around the top. TVs in bedrooms are very small. Recommend at least 32" sixe TVs there which are very inexpensive now. Recommend DVD Player in Master Bedroom. Not necessarily needed in small downstairs bedroom.

beautiful place. but where the red tub is the curtains that hang touching the tub shelf had a lot of bug feces. also the lamp that is in the kitchen should just be removed and not put back. it has accumulated so much oil that dust gets stuck to it and looks yucky. and one thing needed in kitchen for cooking is a screen over fry pan.... when frying it splashes everywhere. and makes a mess on floor and kitchen cabinets and counters. also a few of your décor has broken and put back on shelves. just wanted you to know these things for future stayers. we slept comfortably and the shower was the bomb!!!

We loved the beautiful well maintained cabin. This is by far the cleanest cabin we've ever stayed in and no sightings of any type of insect anywhere! Nice hot tub on enclosed porch. Two suggestions: We wish the water tempt was just a little warmer in hot tub. And we wish the screen door was a little more secure as an outside entrance...particularly at night while in hot tub. A few instructions for using big screen tv would be helpful. We couldn't get sound except with DVD and then couldn't get the light to turn off. Unable to watch football on big screen. We will plan to stay again! Map instructions were great. May we suggest you keep a customer base of approved guests so that there isn't so much time taken sending photo id's, cc copies, etc. We've stayed many times and yet so much was required before reservation was finished.
