Very easy process

Staff was helpful replying to texts. One complaint I have was that the downstairs bed where we stayed, while it was comfortable, it was so high that it was difficult to get into especially for me. The living room furniture was the opposite. Extremely low and difficult for me to get out of. Outside of that, our stay was relaxing and enjoyable.

We stay with TTs alot. It was great as usual.

I thought booking and the ease of just getting in and getting out was streamlined which was nice. The first night was a bad wind storm and I believe it knocked out the power (tripped) the hot tub...but customer service immediately answered our phone call, placed a work order, and the tub was fixed only a few hours later. My only small complaint was with the house....and not necessarily the fault of the rental company. The master bedroom window has a streetlight right outside...and the curtains are an off-white linen color. So it blocks almost no light. Highly recommend installing black-out curtains to solve the issue. Although the opposite side of the room window (A frame side) has an angled window that reflects light off the chimney from the same streetlight. So it was hard to sleep (we eventually slept in the downstairs bedroom to solve the issue). With all that being said, we still expect to be back. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful would have liked to have kept our special but very nice. Note: window in upper bedroom needs a blind. The pole light makes it very lit up at night.

Great, the cabin was excellent and furnished perfect. we had a great stay and enjoyed every day. We spent almost every day enjoying the Mt.

We all agree that it's the most awesome view of the Smokies. In no time at all it felt just like home. Sure will be missing that morning cup of coffee on the wrap around deck... and winding down at night with a few cocktails admiring that view.

Cabin was very clean, the views were as shown on website, absolutely beautiful!! Very secluded. It was a great time!

This was our second time renting through Timber Tops/Amazing Views Cabin Rentals and also our second time at this cabin. (Beau Voir). The whole booking to check-in process was seamless and all instructions for accessing the cabin and checking out were clear and easy to follow. Beau Voir is a comfortably appointed cabin with some eclectic decor pieces throughout that make it fun and interesting. And the view of mountains in the distance is so lovely and what we hope to find for ourselves one day. This company (and cabin) will continue to be a go to when we’re searching for a place to stay during the multiple trips a year we take to the Smokies.

Our 2nd time staying in this cabin. We love the seclusion, the views and the location of town conveniences. Our experience from start to finish was easy.

Excellent. Answered all our questions and was very efficient. We had to leave early due to a death in our family, and although they had no obligation, they offered to refund the last day. That was beyond a blessing. Definitely will recommend Timber Tops

beautiful cabin with amazing views - we had an issue with the hot tub and couldn't get the dishwasher to work just so you know for future guests.

Was notified when cabin was ready to access which was earlier then traditional time so that was terrific! Starter supply of basic needs were present. Check out procedures sent via email near end of trip was appreciated.

It was a great experience. Clean and inviting

The cabin was beautiful and as pictured in the posting. A few things could be updated. Hot tub was pretty old and a little dirty with sediment in the seats and a bit of a film at the water level. The cover was in bad shape and allowed heat to escape. Some of the kitchen pans and utensils could stand to be updated. With that said, overall the cabin is beautiful and clean and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again. The process with Timber Tops was pretty smooth. We appreciated the call to let us know the cabin had been released from housekeeping and ready for occupancy as we had quite the opposite experience on our previous trip with a rental company. This cabin was exactly what we dream of owning some day!

Our visit was amazing! The property was beautiful and CLEAN!!! We had ZERO Issues and didn't want to leave! From the views to the comfy beds we had the best time!!!!! Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here!

Everyone I had spoke with was very helpful and eager to please to make sure that we enjoyed our stay.

No pillowcases for the pullout sofa. Hand soap was all out. Only 1 kitchen towel.

It was better than expected! Loved the billiard room! Sitting on the deck, either in the wonderful unique rocking chairs or at the bar area facing the mountains was awesome. Very private, but with a lot of windows to enjoy the scenery. Definitely want to visit again!

Wonderful place. And wonderful time. One thing is you need to make sure that the dryers vent is cleaned between tenants! It was so clogged it was dangerous. Would hate to see this beautiful place burn down because of something silly. We cleaned it. Other that that. Awesome

We enjoyed our stay at Timber Top Cabins, the views were beyond my expectations, just mesmerizing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Maintenance was fast to resolve all concerns or issue's. The Explorie program was a great bonus on saving money during our stay.

Thank you for rescuing us! My husband had made hotel reservations this year to try to save money, but when we arrived at the hotel there were some complications. I was able to call Timber Tops and make a reservation while in the parking lot of the Gatlinburg hotel.

Employees were very helpful and the cabin was very nice.
