Main Level:
The entry level features the living area, kitchen, dining area, 1 bedroom, a full bathroom and access to the deck.
The spacious living area features luxurious leather furniture, including a comfortable sleeper sofa, just waiting for you to get comfortable. Fire up the electric fireplace and catch up with friends and family or watch your favorite TV show on the big screen HDTV!
The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and tableware necessary to create that perfect family meal. Enjoy a cook-out on the charcoal grill just off the front porch.
Gather the family to taste test your culinary masterpiece at the dining table offering seating for 16 The kitchen island offers seating for 2 more.
The master bedroom features a King-sized bed, HDTV, and an attached Jack ‘n Jill bathroom with tiled shower.
Step out onto the back deck and relax in the rockers while enjoying the view.

Upper Level:
Travel upstairs where you will find a spacious gaming area, 3 bedrooms and access to the covered deck.
The game room features a pool table, arcade game, futon for additional sleeping, and a large HDTV.
The 1st bedroom on this level offers a king bed, large HDTV and private full bathroom with a tiled shower. The 2nd bedroom also offers a king bed, large HDTV and private full bathroom with a tiled shower. The 3rd bedroom/Bunk Room features 2 twin bunks and access to a private covered porch.

Step out onto the covered back deck and relax in one of the rockers.

Lower Level:
The lower level offers a spacious home theater, a large 15’x20’private heated indoor pool with a half bath and access to the deck with hot tub! There is also a washer and dryer on this level for your convenience.

The home theater offers comfortable couch seating and large screen HDTV.
