We loved this cabin. Beautiful home. Plenty of room. Great location. We enjoyed the main deck in the cooler parts of the day and the swing under the trees out front or playing pool downstairs when it was warmer. The firepit is another great space and one of our favorite spots outside. We definitely plan to stay at this home again. This was our first time staying at a Timber Tops Cabin. We had 2 small maintenance issues and they responded very quickly and resolved them both to our satisfaction.

Excellent cabin, amazing views and very clean

We have stayed in this cabin several times, and we absolutely love it. We already have it booked again in September! I like the texts letting us know when the cabin is ready, and it is also easier to text when we have checked out instead of calling. The only thing we struggled with was fighting out how to get the TVs to work. It is not intuitive ( there are three remotes, must have input on hdmi2, etc.). There should be instructions available.

Beary Special was exactly the cabin our family needed. Everything was perfect and made celebrating Father's Day extra special. Watching the fireworks from the hot tub was fantastic. We enjoyed every minute!

Cabin was exactly as described....actually better. Appreciated the text messages regarding check in and check out. Had a slight difficulty finding the cabin...one more sign might help. Some maintenance is needed but the view and location are top notch.

Great communication by email. All of my questions by phone were answered professionally. The best was the notification of when the cabin was ready and provided the access code to enter. Beautiful cabin and view and will return with my family in the future.

We loved the beautiful scenery from the porch! Perfect for early morning coffee and evening sunset watching! We noticed a wood bee hive in the siding on the porch that was taken care of the same day. Cabin was clean and comfortable!

Staff was very friendly and helpful days before our trip. With the snow and other weather conditions they kept us up to date with what to do and what to bring. We missed our first day due to snow in Clarksville but we made it on Friday afternoon and enjoyed our stay in the beary special cabin. We will be booking again in the summer to avoid any other snow delays and may stay longer then the weekend thank you for all you do to make our stay a welcoming and wonderful memory for my family. xxx

Great selection of cabins. Easy reservation and check in process. The description and photos of the cabin are accurate. This cabin has a excellent view and has very good parking area. Navigating to cabin is bit challenging, but manageable.

Check in was simple. Cabin was perfect!

This is our third year staying at Beary Special! We love this cabin! The views are amazing especially wonderful to watch the fireworks and light show! Close to everything but private too!

The windows downstairs leaked really bad during the storms while we were there causing unwanted showers (in bed) during the night. None of this your fault. We absolutely loved the cabin and the view was knock out spectacular! Definitely will return.

This is the second time we have stayed in Beary Special. We love the cabin. The view is amazing! It is close to everything we love to do. We also felt like we had front row seat to a fireworks show Friday and Saturday night!

Would have rated 5 stars but disappointed though that I was not notified in advance that the office would be closed due to the virus. I had to call the number in the window when I got there to find out how to check in and get to my cabin along with how to get there. The person on the phone was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. It was evident she wanted to ensure I was satisfied.

Sometimes there are issues that occur that have nothing to do with a property management Co. like Timbertops who sets up reservations. When an issue does occur, Timbertops Cabin Rentals is on it, LIKE RIGHT NOW. The girls who run that operation are Top Notch. They care about your well being, and are quick to dispatch work orders to fix any issue that may come about. Amanda, Vernelle, Carrie just to name a few are total professionals. The whole process is over & beyond the call of duty. This was the 3rd time renting Beary Special. There was a reason we came back. THE VIEW, the spectacular, panoramic view. You get what you pay for in Mt. Top cabin renting. Fireworks, after June 21 can be seen on both decks, and firepit area every night @ 9:40 PM at a bird eye view. Listen to the train blow her whistle from Dollywood Theme Park throughout the day, and echo throughout the whole region. Easy access, big area to park a lot of vehicles, great cabin inside, with it's open floor plan. Oh, did I say how great the staff is? Yeah, worth repeating. So we will always vacation in Tennessee, and Timbertops will always be our vacation destination. We loved those gals. Sincerely David Moriarty

Reservation, checkin and checkout process was simple Cabin was as described which was great :) Have stayed multiple times at the cabins from timber tops and have never been disappointed.

We had a bad experience with another cabin company thanks to Timber Top cabins we were able to continue our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it!

I really hate to be "thar guest" to leave a big old long list of complaints but here goes. Nothing I list is bad enough to keep us from coming back. Well...maybe the beetles, we would pick a different time of year. Although the whole point was going to see the changing leaves. * The Ladybug beetles were horrible! By horrible I mean thousands and thousands of them! I know this is out of your control and you can't spray but they were really really bad. We spent 3 days sweeping them up. I called the number after hours and was told nothing could be done. I should have called back the next morning but I just didn't think of it. We really needed a vacuum to sweep them up off of the window coverings and the ceilings. They were dropping on us in our sleep. We couldn't go without shoes for the last 3 days. The man that I spoke to on Thursday evening acted like I was being silly. The beetles are bothersome. *There wasnt enough seating in the living room for the advertised 10 person cabin. There was only enough for 6 on the couches and chair. We had to use dining room chairs, not very relaxing. *The big picture windows are nasty. They are in bad need of a good cleaning inside and out. It sort if ruined the view. * The mini blinds need updated throughout or at the very least the bedrooms. Room darkening or faux wood would be nice. Some of them had broken slats. *The shower curtains in all bathrooms are moldy and/or soap scumy. *The downstairs shared bathroom tub drains very slowly. *Jacuzzis while they are big, the jets are not all that strong. *The hot tub has broken jets (we left the broken one on the deck) and one of the pumps has gone bad. After all of that complaining, I still will be back I still give 5 stars. I don't like to sound like an opinionated jerk, which is why I didn't put all of this in a review. This cabin has the most gorgeous views of any cabin we've stayed in!

We have been coming to P.F for the last 5-6 yrs and we rent a cabin twice a year, Mar and Oct . Your cabin is by far the best we have ever stayed in. I will be booking our Mar dates with you for the same cabin soon. The cabin and your staff were EXCELLENT.

We were only able to stay here for 1 night due to being moved from another cabin but i was very happy with this cabin. It has a great view, the surrounding area was well maintained, plenty of parking, all the rooms were neat and clean and there was plenty of plates, glasses and etc... for everyone. Timber Tops accomodated us by bringing a gas grill for our planned dinner with friends, The only thing i would recommend is to upgrade the bedroom TV's to larger ones especially for kids to hook up there games and stream videos. One of the cleanest cabins we have ever stayed in....

We stayed at "Beary Special" 2nd year in a row, and our 5 th visit to Tennessee using Timbertops. Beary Special offers, in our opinion the absolute best panoramic, super spectacular view. Fireworks seen from deck at a birds eye view every night from deck or fire pit area. Accommodations exceed expectations, could use a few more towels & rags, but we had washer & dryer. The parking is more than sufficient for 4 vehicles. It is the largest lot on that mountain, and very easy to get to from the main drag. Shopping, dining, entertainment is just minutes away. My family loves Tennessee! Timbertops will always be apart of our vacation plans. They are professionals, curious, prompt, and care about your well-being. Everything was great! Easy process!

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was AWESOME !!!! Clean and plenty of room. I like that it was not cluttered. Our view was unbelievable. Loved the area on the side where we could sit and light a fire. Kitchen was so nice and plenty of storage space. Have absolutely no complaints, well only that we could only stay one week instead of two. Thanks for the memories.

The view was spectacular. The cabin was beautiful and it was absolutely the best vacation we have had. It was so much nicer to have everyone stay in one house instead of 4 separate hotel rooms.

Need to have an option for do using. Scanning and emailing is old school, faxing is almost impossible.

The cabin was nice. The location was great. We could have used another set of dish clothes and dish towel and a couple more pot holders. Since we were staying 6 days. We could have used a few more bath twos in the shared bathroom downstairs. The view was awesome. We hope to be able to use the fire pit next visit. The view is awesome from that area too.

Cabin was beautiful and clean. One chair was broken and repaired before our arrival. When my mother sat down in it the chair broke into pieces.

Great customer service. I want to identify that maintenance was patient, friendly and quick to respond to any issues. The cabin itself despite being beautiful had SO MANY bugs in it. We spent hours of our first day catching them and throwing them outside. I don't know if this is common because of the environment but if not, it should definitely be dealt with.

The direct check-in was so great - we loved being able to drive right to the cabin and use the keyless entry code to go on in without the hassle of stopping by an office. The cabin was very clean and the layout was perfect for our brood. We couldn't get over the view and the cabin set back just far enough from the road to feel remote. The only thing I'd have to say was it would've been helpful to have more than one hotpad, and the knives were quite dull. A pitcher would've been helpful as well since we made ice tea every day and had to use the blender pitcher. Otherwise, we couldn't have enjoyed our stay any more than we did and will definitely recommend Timbertops to all our friends and acquaintances.

Easy to make the reservations and good set of instructions as to what to expect. I didn't like emailing a picture of my driver's license as I try to keep as much personal information as possible off of the computer, but the convenience of direct check-in was too good to pass up. Great view! Beautiful cabin! The road up to Beary Special was somewhat difficult, too narrow with blind turns.

The cabin was very clean when we arrived. Lots of towels, blankets, pots, pans, utensils, and appliances. We arrived on a rainy Saturday and quickly found rain coming in the cabin through one of the bedroom windows. We put down towels and two bowls to catch the water streaming in from the window and immediately called the customer service number given. We reported the water coming in and were told the message would be passed on to the appropriate person who would come check it out. It rained again Sunday and we had the same issue. No one ever came to assess the situation or called to even follow up. Luckily the rain stopped after Sunday so we didn't have an issue the rest of the trip. Also, the DVD player in the living room didn't work but given our experience with calling about the water leak, we didn't call any one to report the DVD player. Overall it was a very nice cabin. Just wish someone would have addressed the rain coming in to the cabin.

Beautiful views!

At check in the people behind the desk were not very friendly. After spending hours on the road there was no public restroom for people who are checking in to use! The cabin (Beary Special) was not very clean. There were loose railings on the upper balcony which was very scary (having 2 small children with us), the dryer doesn't work properly (had to run it 2-3 cycles to get it to dry). There was a terrible sewer gas smell in the downstairs bathroom (near the utility room).

We came for a bachelorette party and the stay was what we expected plus more. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The staff at check in were very nice and helpful. I would come again anytime and stay with timbertops.

the view was absolutely amazing. By far the best part of the cabin. The only thing we thought was slightly disappointing was the fact that the hot tub did not work. Some of the furniture in the bedroom could have been cleaned around due to some dead bugs lying around but other than that I would definitely come back.

Very easy check in and also checkout. We had problem with hot tub which was quickly handled by customer service and maintenance. Cabin was well furnished without excess furnishings. Cabin had a beautiful mountain view from the deck which had plenty of rocking chairs. Would have liked to have some newer pots and pans, paring knives, and coffee pot to use because we cook most meals while vacationing. We wil probably rent again and bring a few more items from home to supplement kitchen needs.
