Heaven's Garden

The cabin was beautiful, especially the view from both decks. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed. The lady bugs were not cleaned up so it didn’t help with a 1 year old trying to eat them. We cleaned up with the broom provided and continued to have a good time! The pool table and hot tub was fun for winding down the night. It was perfect for our family.

We really enjoyed our stay. Want to commend you on the excellent TV and internet service! View is terrific and home is comfortable.

Cozy little cabin with a gorgeous view. Excellent check in and out. Great amenities overall....just missing a tea kettle, but we made it work. Air conditioner and hot tub were a bit loud at times when sleeping in lower bedroom. Otherwise, absolutely excellent!!

Heavens Garden was one of the best cabins we ever stayed in. Beautiful on the outside (looks like it had been recently stained) and inside. Very comfortable beds with two large bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved the large flat screen TV over the fireplace. Easy check in and out!

Beautiful cabin. Had an issue with one of the showers. Called and they had someone out in less than 20 minutes. He couldn’t fix it but it was late. They had it fixed the next morning. Best view we’ve had to date!

Timber Tops did well.

Everything great except parking. On a 1-10 the parking was a 3 at best

Cabin was wonderful, just wished for a washer n dryer. Parking was a little tight.

We enjoyed all the Christmas decor all around the cabin. It was very festive and pretty. It was to bad what happened to my husband with his heart attack & having to leave early.😢

The cabin was great and just what we needed. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty towels, soap in bathrooms. Even though there were tons of dead ladybugs or Asian beetles like they had been sprayed around the windows, the cabin was very clean overall. We enjoyed the cabin and loved the easy checkin and checkout.

Great! I have stayed in several cabins and the only thing I wish is they had is a better hot tub!

Everything was perfect. Very clean, as described, comfortable, and clean. Breathtaking views. Very peaceful. Only thing missing, was we didn't see any bears like we hoped. Would highly recommend this place, and would love to come back

The cabin was beautiful! It was super clean! There’s plenty of supplies. I always bring some because I do come to your captains a lot, but I really did not need to use any of my own. Thank you for all of the hard work that goes into preparing the cabin it was perfect. A couple things that I found were not a big deal, that I reported to the girl when I checked out. Couple of the drains were clogged. Which should not affect our week. In the back door that goes to the dock is a bit “Glitchy”quote. Otherwise everything is just amazing

We had a sufficient supply of towels. We enjoyed the spectacular view. We appreciated the contactless check in and the detailed check out instructions.

Cabin was nice. We enjoyed our stay. Would have liked a washer and dryer but other than that, all was good. We did do a towel exchange so that worked out fine.

Any contact has been courteous and straight forward. Easy to work with and a pleasure to use.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Heaven's Garden cabin. Our only complaint is that the hot tub was not clean but other than that the cabin was great. We will definitely be back in the future.

We stayed with Amazing Views 6 years ago for our Honeymoon and returning to you all was fantastic. We loved our stay at Heavens Garden. The cabin was beautiful and location was perfect. Only thing was when we asked for exchange of bed linens the staff seemed like it was a odd request. I explained that it was because we had different family coming in and wanted fresh sheets for them. Even after explaining the staff seemed like it was a odd request. However they did accommodate and all was good. We really have no complaints and we look forward to the next time we get to stay with you all!

The cabin was super clean, & I love how we didn’t have to actually go to the office and spend a lot time getting checked in. Someone called us when the cabin was ready (few hours early!) and gave us the door code and that was it.

We enjoyed our stay at Heaven's Garden. There were two couples of us and this was one of our best stays. The parking area was a little close to the road, but since there was only two other cabins beyond us it was ok.

Reservations were a breeze, the lady I spoke with over the phone was so sweet and nice. Check in was the easiest I have ever experienced. I will most definitely use Timber Tops for my yearly stay in the Smoky Mountains! Only Complaint, the couches in living room are very uncomfortable!

The cabin and amenities were great! We had two concerns: 1) a nail head in the middle of the second-from-the-bottom step of the stairway to the second level was poking up a little -- it may catch a sock and/or trip someone. 2) while we understand it is a rustic setting, there were a lot of cobwebs, and dust in some areas that shorter folks might not see (i.e., obvious to taller people -- top of the fridge, tops of the dressers and TV cabinets, back in the corners. Also, while the sheets and pillowcases were clean, we were a little surprised that there were not pillow or mattress protectors under them. These were only minor annoyances. The customer service, location, overall condition of the cabin, security system, cable and wifi made it a pleasure! We'll be back.

We were late in checking in, the staff was very helpful in getting us the map and code to cabin. It would have been nice to get the alarm code at the same time the cabin code was given to us though. but everything worked out.

Everything about the cabin was perfect. Only one suggestion is to have blowdryers- I thought there was so I didn't bring one.

The cabin was lovely and was a perfect size for our family. We had a wonderful time. Your views are amazing and a definite plus to the rental. The cleanliness was satisfactory but the hot tub was quite foggy, the windowsills upstairs had bugs and cobwebs, and the upstairs bathroom wasn't fully clean upon arrival. Everything else was fine.

Great stay

Everything was exactly as stated. The views were wonderful and the cabin was beautiful. Everyone I talked to was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay with Timber Tops in the future.

From check-in to check-out, our stay at Heaven's Garden was outstanding. We live in the area so most of our trips to Pigeon Forge attractions (Dollywood!) include hours of driving and parking. This time we chose to spend the weekend in a cabin. What a great choice!! Our time was now devoted to experiencing Festival of Nations and instead of the long drive home, we zipped right up to our cabin and enjoyed a true mountain get-away. We woke up each morning fully rested and ready to go again. We'll be back more often.

Our last 4 visits to the Smokies have been at Timber Top properties, the last 2 were at the same cabin. We wouldn't use anyone else! The cabins are clean, and well equipped, and the beds are comfortable, and the views are always amazing! The only improvement I would like would be to have additional towels. It gets a little stressful trying to make the towels last for the entire week.
