What people are saying about this property
The cabin was great and everything was awesome! We loved the experience.
The cabin was clean and had the necessities we needed for our stay.
We had a blast . The cabin was perfect . Only wish we were farther down and closer to town
We have stayed with you all for many, many years and it is always a wonderful experience!! We look forward to it every year!!
House was well kept and clean. Loved the decor and view of the mountains.
Loved the cabin Bearadise. Driveway a little steep and tricky to get in and out of but felt secluded. Seen bears everyday ❤️. Cabin could be a little cold at times but had everything we needed. Except wood for fireplace.
Wonderful experience! Want to come back already
I really happy with the family stay, we only miss the scrub for cleaning the dishes, besides that, everything was great
The cabin was clean and well stocked
Attentive & responsive.
We enjoyed the stay everything was satisfactory
Great cabin! Plenty of room and space for the whole family.
Great!!
The cabin was clean and well maintained. It was perfect for our trip to Tennessee!
Clean. Surrounded by trees which we loved. Saw a bear - exciting for us.
It was amazing! Love it!
We had a wonderful time check in was seamless ! We enjoyed our stay very much
Cabin was clean and served our purpose. Drains in the lower bathroom ran very slow but it worked out. Looked a a small amount of mold was on the shower liner in the lower shower. Customer service was very helpful and polite and easy to work with. Will definitely use your rental service again
There were some repairs that need to be done so that future guests will be thrilled with their stay. You need to do a walk thru checklist. Saw bears at the cabin almost everyday. T bgg at was great.
Met all expectations and accommodations were fantastic! Check in was a breeze. Provided documentation as requested so once the cabin was ready we received a call with the lock code and could proceed directly there. Place was very clean and there was plenty of space for 5 adults. Ample amount of clean towels and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, etc. Starter supply of paper towels, dish liquid, toilet paper. If you are staying for more than three nights you may want to bring extra. We cooked 3 meals at the cabin and the closest grocery store we could find was approx. 25 minute drive. We had bear visits on three different occasions, which was really cool to view from the deck. Since there is washer/dryer you can pack light - didn't mind throwing in a load of clothes. The only advice - make sure your brakes are in really good working order. The drive to/from the cabin is in the mountains. Hills are VERY steep and roads are rather narrow so drive with caution. Be sure your arrival is in the daytime.
We had a wonderful time! The game room was a great idea for the kids. We did have a "twice a day" visit from a local bear, had to remove the kids from hot tub rather quickly one time, but they loved it. So did I .... went my heart returned to normal. Your kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed to make family dinners, I was so impressed! I left homemade cookies on the oven for the cleaning staff, I hope they liked them
This cabin is wonderful! We had two families of four staying here. Each adult took a bedroom, while the little kids took couch beds and teenager took the loft. The couch beds could use new mattresses, especially in bottom floor. But the little kids didn’t seem to mind. The queen and king beds were very comfy. Appliances all nice and new. Wish the trees were shorter so we could see the Mountain View, but not a huge deal. Plan to drive to/from cabin in daylight hours since the mountain roads can be scary at night. We had Highlander and an Enclave (both 3 row SUVs) glad to have all wheel drive and not too big on the mountain roads. The location of the cabin is great, since easy access to the bypass, close enough to Gatlinburg but far away enough for seclusion. We saw bears every day at the cabin which was wonderful, but also be careful to not let anyone outside alone. We all really enjoyed our stay here, I would highly recommend it. Anytime I had any question or needed anything the staff was just a phone call away, very pleasant to work with. We can’t wait to stay here again!
Beautiful cabin very nice. Driveway really steep. but very nice place to stay seen a bear everyday
The cabin was really nice ...only problem we had was the power was blinking on and off. And the WiFi kept going in and out, but overall we loved it.
Cabin was clean and a great place to stay with the family. Amenities provided were as described. The only thing I wish was mentioned was the absence of hand soap and the location of the pool.
Been renting for years. Great cabins, great service. Same this year. The bears at the cabin were scary but wild!
