It was a wonderful experience. The cabin was clean and nicely decorated in holiday decor and the view was amazing. We had a fantastic time!

Leconte Loft was perfect for the two of us! The view cannot be beat! Hot tub was amazing! Enjoyed playing pool. Loved the coziness of the downstairs and the openness of the upstairs. We will definitely be back. Looking to bring our 2 grandchildren hopefully next summer.

Check in and check out was so easy. Everything was as advertised.

Beautiful cabin and breathtaking view!

The cabin was very nicely decorated and convenient to everything. It was also very clean. Had a tv problem and I called and a maintenance guy came out fairly quickly. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. The only thing I would say that wasn’t great was there are very few channels besides shopping network channels. We have more channels at home with an antenna! Other than that the place was awesome.

We really loved our cabin. It was nice and clean. We had an excellent view over the Smokey mountain.

Reservations were easy. Check in was quick. Stayed in the LeCount cabin and it was nice and clean. Couch cushions downstairs need to be replaced.

We had a little trouble finding you but your staff guided is right to our cabin. We hated to leave that beautiful mountain. And I think we will be a returning client. We really hated to leave. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable.

Loved the Leconte loft! Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the views. Hot tub was amazing and pool table and foosball kept the kids entertained.

Beautiful cabin on the side of the mountain with spectacular views. Other cabins nearby, but still feel private. Decor is little outdated, but very clean and comfortable. Cabin has barebone amenities - no hairdryer, no extra toilet paper or paper towels, no scissors, no teapot, no shampoo/conditioner, no extra soap, no coffee filters, etc. Just be prepared regarding amenities - Walmart & grocery are 30 minutes away. Views are breathtaking & well worth it! Will definitely stay again.

Cabin was clean and everything was in working order! We had a great vacation!

We loved our stay with Timber Tops! The cabin was very clean and the view was great!! We did have a mouse visit us during our stay but we called the office and they had pest control come out to set traps for us. The one minor complaint is that there were 2 pans that need replacing because the non-stick coating was flaking off. We look forward to renting from you again!!

The cabin and the view was exactly what the pictures show and more. Actually the photos doesn't do the view justice. Well worth the view. Our cabin was beautiful and very cozy. The coffee maker didn't work but they replaced it as soon as they could. The over all experience was extraordinary. We are absolutely returning.

We had an amazing time at your resort. The view was amazing. The staff at checkin was very helpful. I have no complaints.

The cabin was spacious, well equipped, and very clean! Waking up to the view of the mountains every morning was a treat in itself!

We stayed at the LeConte Loft, and let me tell you, it was just what we needed in our anniversary getaway. The cabin was clean, spacious and had wonderful views. The hot tub was clean, perfect temperature and private. The whole experience was fantastic and we have already told many of our friends and family members about our wonderful trip. 100% plan to return for another visit!

We have been coming to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg for many years but so far this is the best cabin we have stayed in. This trip was only my husband and I, there was plenty of room in the cabin for several more people. The view from LeConte Loft was absolutely breathtaking!! Everytime we walked thru the cabin we were drawn to the huge windows overlooking the mountains. We can't wait till November to have all of our children and grandchilden join us for several days at another one of your cabins, The Beary Special View. Your customer service department was extremely helpful and so polite. Thanks for providing a memorable stay in the mountains.

We stayed at LeConte Loft for 7 nights in late September 2017. The cabin is absolutely gorgeous and the views are phenomenal! Very charming with an ice cream truck coming through the resort every other evening. We had a great view of the zip lines as well and that was very fun to watch. Our only complaint was the 90* weather and a closed pool :(. All other resorts had their pools up and running. Other than that, we had zero complaints. Definitely will recommend this resort and I am only 2 days home from our trip and already looking to book there again in December:)

Everything was wonderful very clean easy to get to well stock. Beautiful view and cabin. Only dislike is how close the cabins are together.

This is our 2nd year for staying at Leconte Loft and enjoyed it once again. Everything was exceptional.
