After looking through numerous cabins on the website I made direct contact by phone as I was looking for some very specific amenities. I spoke with Angie, and she was extremely friendly and very helpful. Then Angie sent me links to several cabins, and I was able to pick the one that fit my needs. After that the process of booking, payment, check-in, and check-out was extremely easy and convenient. We found the cabin just as described and very happy with our stay.

Cabin was in very nice condition. The only thing was that the hot tub had too much chlorine where it was almost uncomfortable but overall a very nice stay. Will definitely do this again.
Everything went smoothly, there were no issues with our cabin rental. Check in and check out are easy and quick. The cabin was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. My only critique would be that certain important details of the contract need to be more upfront. When the full amount was due, basic cancellation details, etc. But that is minor, Overall we were thrilled with everything! Would definitely do it again!
Beautiful cabin !
Check in/out was as simple as could be. The cabin was clean and stocked with the needed supplies. This was our 2nd stay in this particular cabin and it was as much fun as the 1st. We will be booking again for future vacations.
Everything was great with the exception of the hot tub seemed to be way over treated. When we first got in we could not stop coughing and we had a degree of itchiness afterwards. We also turned off the jets which seemed to help some. Not sure if it gets tested or not but it was super strong. That would be our only negative as everything else was perfect! Thank you!

OUR ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE FIREPALCE PILOT LIGHT WENT OUT TWICE. iT WAS FIXED THE SAME DAY WE ASKED BOTH TIMES. THIS CABIN ALSO NEEDS SOME NEW TOOLS FOR THE OUTSIDE GRILL. THE SMALL HAND SHOVEL FELL APART.

Amazing easy experience. Recommendations from staff on choosing the cabin made it easy with exactly what we were looking for. No Contact check in made it easy once we arrived in town to just enter the cabin, relax, and begin our weekend. Everything about the cabin was comfortable and exceptionally clean. Only problem we had was that unfortunately we needed to leave the cabin to drive into town for charcoal and empty the grill before use. Everything else we needed was provided for a perfect weekend. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. (My 2 biggest concerns generally staying anywhere but home )
I have rented from this company in the past and have never been disappointed ever! Everything is always clean and ready when you arrive and they are easy to get ahold of if something goes wrong. The customer service is AMAZING!
The cabin was well appointed and spotless.
The only problem I had was with express check in. I had to send my drivers license twice, and still was told that Timber Tops needed it when I tried to express check in. I assume this is a covid related problem since your office is closed.
The customer service was great, and we really enjoyed the cabin. It was also convenient to check in. We had to wait a little while past check in due to issues, but they called as soon as it was ready although they were busy.

We loved our entire trip! We had a hard time choosing a cabin, but once we did, we were very pleased with Life's a Bear. We received adequate instructions for what to bring with us and how to access the cabin. It was gorgeous, clean, and had beautiful views from both decks. Everything was in working order. Check in / check out were a breeze. We stayed pretty close to the cabin (due to COVID) and we didn't mind a bit!

The cabin was very clean and well kept. The view of Pigeon Forge was beautiful especially at night.
Cabin was great as always. Only thing was that there were not enough towels and washcloths to last the entire seven days which was no problem since we could wash and dry them as we needed.
You recommended a cabin that met all our wants! Lovely place. Cabin wasn't as clean as Timber Top's cabins normally are.

We enjoyed the cabin very much and have considered coming back next year for our 26th anniversary. The views along with the amenities keep us satisfied just staying there and skipping the normal tourist activities. Thank you for a great all around experience.
The cabin was wonderful even though we made our reservations at a late date for the season. We were inviting family for Thanksgiving and it was a very inviting cabin with barbecue pit and what a wonderful surprise for everyone to see it beautifully decorated for Christmas. The only difficulty is in making and sending copy after copy of my drivers license and credit card when making, signing and checking on the reservation, especially when I have reserved cabins many times before with Timber Tops.

Check in was a breeze. The agent (Amanda?) was very friendly and helpful. We called mid stay to see about places that deliver to the cabin and the agent was very helpful. In the Life's a Bear cabin, everything was great. We did want to let you know that the spiral stair case was VERY wobbly and scary! When you stood on the top landing, it sagged a few inches. The top deck under the hot tub also sagged a bit (the water level was higher towards the front of the deck). Overall great stay! Bed was amazing and so comfortable. LOVED how many pillows there were.

Our cabin was beautiful and equipped with many awesome amenities! The view was amazing and the kids loved the games and arcade and pool table!!! What a cute cabin! They thought of everything!! Thank you for yet again a wonderful stay !!!
Timber Tops was wonderful. The staff was great - especially Kari Johnson! She handled every question I had with such patience. The cabin was clean. The view was stunning and the beds were so comfortable! Bears came up to us every evening which was so cool. It was also really neat to have the fireworks show from Dollywood each evening.

Everything was very good. Fantastic time. Only drawback is stairs were quite load (creaky) when someone was either going up or down. Can be disturbing when someone is resting. Otherwise, beautiful cabin and great location.

All was well but the hot tub didn't work and neither did the surround sound
we arrived at the cabin early and simply waited until 4. The housekeeper apparently called the office to report "that we had blocked her in". Not true at all. Not a good first impression.

Everything was good. Didn't like the way the price changed from a one bedroom price to a two bedroom price, because it is still a one bedroom cabin with a game room with a bed. I don't consider that a bedroom.
Always enjoy our stay at the cabin. Coffee pot didn't work and you replaced that day and checked to make sure it worked properly. Place was clean and in great shape.
Timber Tops is great to do business with. My only complaint was that the Life's a bear cabin needs a hair dryer.
Check in was very easy as was check out. The cabin was absolutely beautiful. Well maintained. Directions to the cabin were easy to follow. This will probably be the only rental group I use when we vacation in this area! Already recommended to friends and family!
