Beautiful scenery.

It was an awesome way to spend my birthday. Very peaceful, scenic and even though we had neighbors it was still so quiet. I appreciated the supplies that were provided in the unit. The unit had some cobwebs but overall was very clean.

The cabin was clean and had everything that we needed.

Beautiful place and well stocked with necessities. The view is fabulous but one thing would have made it perfect is the windows need cleaning and the ceiling fan blades in main room. Everything else was so comfortable and beautiful that we would still stay again!

Amazing place to stay

The cabin was really nice and clean, not to mention GORGEOUS. The view was amazing and the bed was so cozy. Definitely recommended!!

We were very happy with our rental experience. The check in was easy. The property was just like advertised. I thought the bed was too soft. Also, the gas grill needs to be replaced. The view as awesome. Location was very good.

Cabin was beautiful and very clean. Loved the views. Easy to find and very accessible to local attractions.

Everything was excellent! We loved our Timber Top cabin rental! The only small complaint I have is that the television in the upstairs room did not work at all. My five year old daughter was very excited to have her own tv set in her room for the first time so she was very disappointed with that. Other than that, everything was absolutely wonderful. We will definitely book again in the future.

The view was Great! Close to all the attractions in the area. All that was needed to stay was provided.

Overall, a very good experience with Timber Tops again. Cabin was in good shape, but did have a few cleaning issues, which we have not encountered previously with you. Location was convenient and not crowded, even though other cabins nearby, wasn't busy while we were there.

The cabin and overall experience with reservations were great. The cabin itself was nice spacious and great view. Suggestion, the closet in master bedroom should be made available to be able to hang shirts and outfits up. Thank you Steve

Beautiful cabin. We had a couple minor issues that were resolved fairly quickly. Only two things that weren’t great. 1. Pool was only open until 6. After a long hot day of hiking or visiting gatlinburg the kids would have liked to have enjoyed the pool past 6. 2. The best was incredible soft and uncomfortable.

The view was incredible. Everything was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Even the bed was extremely comfortable !!! Perfect place to spend a honeymoon. The hot tub was the best bonus ever !!! Anxious to return to this exact cabin for an even longer stay. Thank You for making our time wonderful. The location was perfect. It felt so remote but yet was very close to civilization. The staff made scheduling and arriving so stress-free.

Excellent condition of cabins. Beautiful, up to date and worth the money and time. Only downfall was check in. You all need to find another process for a faster more accurate check in time.
