We loved the cabin it had lots of room for all of us. Hope to visit again.

Loved this cabin. Great location and very nice inside. We saw a bear on our last day. However, the kitchen is lacking in cookware. There are plenty of pots and pans, but only 1 casserole dish, no cookie sheets and no working can opener.

Good communication. Helpful when I called for issues with wifi password.

We really didn’t have to ask for anything. When we did have to call at checkout we got an answer right away, everything supplied to us directions right on our fridge. We had a great stay!!

The cabin was nice. It took us a while to find the cabin. There should be more signs out.

The home was very beautiful and spotless. We loved the setting. We had a view of the mountains that was breath taking. There are a few things that probably need to be taken care of before the next renter comes in. I have typed a letter that I would like you to forward to the owners of the home for us. In the letter I have listed those items. We already spoke with one of the people at the Timber Tops Rental and told them of the issues.

The cabin was very nice. Pleasantly surprised to see new flooring in the basement after reading reviews about the carpet previously being musty and stained. For improvements though, I would have the cleaning staff dedicate a little more time to checking the cleanliness of the glasses/silverware/pots and pans in the kitchen, as they were quite filthy. Had to wash everything before I could use it. Also, the darts were all broken/missing, as well as the checkers set had missing pieces.

Day1 we saw that barbecue grill is missing but it was replaced immediately thanks for the quick response there. Stay was very good, property is well maintained and clean. The only suggestion would be place some thrash bags and dishwashing scrub in the property. Overall it was excellent, I would come to you guys next time too 😊

The cabin was just what we were looking for. Relatively smooth check. A strip map with the written directions would help (the cabin was on top of the mountain). Loved how it was close to all the trails.

Overall the cabin was nice and as advertised. The staff was friendly and helpful and we would stay again. There were a few minor issues, like a beeping smoke alarm (only in the very early AM) and a backed up bathroom sink, which we reported upon departure. I also noticed that some of the dishes were put up and still dirty, so you might want to tell your cleaning crew to pay attention.

We love the cabin and planning return visits. The cabin needs some attention. Housekeeping needs improvement. The carpet in lower floor was filthy and smelled. Landscaping is non -existent. The kitchen needs restocking.

Great Cabin!

The only problem we experienced was with the kitchen sink and the driveway. The faucet is very very loose and there is minimal water pressure. The drive is muddy and hard to maneuver with ruts and potholes.

The cabin was beautiful, clean and had great features. The only drawbacks were the putt putt course was in bad shape, the wifi service was really bad, there was no chalk for the pool table and no tips for the darts. But I giving 5 stars anyway because the atmosphere was relaxing and it the transaction went extremely smooth. Also one of the air conditioner units froze up and the house was really warm. When I called maintenance they said they would send someone out to access the situation. It was Sunday evening and we were leaving Monday anyway but nobody showed up that night or first thing in the morning. We did have the experience of seeing a beautiful black bear on the patio one evening and got some great pictures! However while we were gone during Sunday shopping in pigeon forge someone came by and stole our lighter fluid which we had left out the night before by the fire pit. I'm sure glad that we locked up the house tight each time we left. I would definitely return!

You were very attentive to any issues we brought up. The response time was excellent. The only thing I had a real problem with was that checkout is at 11:00am. The power was shut off on us at 9:00am.

Overall we had a good experience working with the staff at Timber Tops.

Overall the place was clean and very comfortable (although the cleaning crew should dust the end tables and blinds in the cabin). one main issue that I had was with the driveway entering the cabin. There are severe pot holes that should be filled in and although I entered at a very slow speed, these pot holes took a toll on the car. A guest arrived with a smaller car (Non-SUV) and had a hard time exiting the property. Some of the amenities need to be adjusted (Pool table is not level. All balls roll to one corner, Dart board - darts were broken and no spare points were provided). None of these had any impact on our stay since we were out most of the time. However, someone renting with the intent of just relaxing at the cabin may be a little disappointed.

We enjoyed the focus in entertainment for the entire family. Board games, min. golf, Ping Pong, Pool Table, darts.... It was perfect to unwind and get back to what matters most;FAMILY!

Beautiful! Had a cabin wedding and the cabin/mountain view was perfect. A bit tricky to find the cabin at first, but once we were there it was the everything I had hoped!

The cabin was great! The kitchen counters and floors were a little sticky when we arrived, but other than that, everything was great!!

You (again) delivered a fantastic cabin experience! The outdoor fire pit and hot tub were the biggest hits, but the interior of the cabin was amazing as well. The secluded location put it over the top!

The cabin, Moonlight Memories, was great, as was the booking, check in, and check out process. The biggest issue we had was the road to the cabin. Using the provided directions takes you up a very steep and very narrow road with blind switchbacks. While there we found there is another, newer, road from Line Springs Road which certainly felt safer. I would encourage Timber Tops to update their directions with the alternative route or at least recommend installing mirrors on the blind switchbacks on the main route.

Timber Tops I have no problem with. The cabin major issues. Last 3 days of stay major sulphur smell. Also, on the putt putt golf cant even use totally messed up. Also, on the horseshoes cant play with no horseshoes. also, the upper loft definitely disturbs the bedroom below with floor squeeking can hear every move from loft.
