When we walked in the front door the place was clean and very welcoming,and the views spectacular, the only issue we noticed was the microwave bottom of door was cracked but we didn't need to use anyways😁

Cabin was nice and as advertised. We enjoyed our stay and the convenience to all of the attractions but especially Great Smokie Mtns.

We arrived later than we expected, but the staff was amazing about the whole situation! Check in and check out was super simple as well! The views of the cabin were AMAZING! The cabin was a lot bigger than expected, but it was absolutely perfect!

We loved it!! The resort was quiet and so, so peaceful! We even had a little visit from a bear! That made our trip!

I enjoyed my stay very much and I am very thankful and grateful to be able to stay in such a beautiful place and enjoy God‘s beauty that he has put in this area. The window blinds didn’t work in the kitchen window and I had to use a towel to put over the curtain hanger but the cabin was very nice and cozy.

Staff was great and friendly. Cabin was great ( except for the stairs,we are disabled)

We had a great long weekend at this cabin. Beautiful cabin with plenty of room for a couple. Great tub in bedroom. Love the porch swing on the top floor porch.

check in/out was easy. cabin was nice. (could not get hot tub to work....and light bulbs needed to be replaced in the bedroom) missed not having wifi in the cabin (but we enjoyed Dish Network). nice location, scenery, view.

Our stay was great! We will defiantly be back! Cabins are all beautiful! Things listed are are some small maintenance issues that needs to be taken care of in the rental (Naughty by Nature). Kitchen sink water drips continuously. During the day living room gets very warm. Downstairs bedroom need a ceiling fan (no air movement has a slight musky smell). Stopper is not closing in inside tub.

The cabin was clean. Could have things fixed. Quite a few bulbs were out. Other than that it was a fun stay. Would stay with timber tops again.

This cabin was clean and well taken care of. My only suggestion would be to have Wi-Fi available in the cabin.

Beautiful set up and cabin had everything we needed. Kids had a blast on the gaming machine! Would love to return.

The cabin was perfect for our getaway. It was not as isolated as I thought when I booked it as the photos make it appear as no other cabins are near it, which isn’t the case at all. The only downside was hearing our neighbors conversations morning and night because of the close proximity. We would definitely rent it again because the positives greatly outweigh the negatives.

Check in and out was a breeze! Great location and nice and cozy for a family of four. Easy directions on how to get there as GPS isn't reliable in the area.

I was expecting a little more seclusion, but, other than that everything was amazing. Great cabin. Very clean. Great staff.

Very responsive and accommodating. Cabin was just like pictures! One thing could do better is lighting in cabin. Kitchen area and living room could have been a bit brighter. Hard to see to cook and read in evening. Otherwise. Loved the experience!

The cabin was really cute, clean, and comfortable. Everything was great except the locks on the back doors were a little hard to lock.

The view was amazing. The cabin was well stocked and very clean. The directions to the cabin were a bit misleading, it definitely wasn't the first cabin on the right. It was a bit noisy, but still relaxing. Overall we would stay here again.

Our cabin was beautiful and clean! Unique as well with decor. Our bed was SO comfortable and the washer and dryer was convienent. Overall, I'd rate a 10 out of 10. Guest services at the main office were friendly and helpful as well. Our cabin was perfect for our honeymoon...Thank You! :)

Everything was wonderful. We did get checked in after 3 pm because the cleaning crew showed up at 3 to clean the cabin, so we had to stand outside and wait.
