Private Sunsets

View and sunsets were beautiful! We were not disappointed at all.

Wonderful service and very accommodating to our needs. The cabin was very well kept, and we had a great time. This was our second time with this rental service. The staff for booking was excellent and they answered all our questions. The only issue we had was the charcoal grill had a bird nesting in it, so we chose not to disturb it.

Great advertising grabbed my attention. Cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in! Stocked with the best blankets and pillows! Customer service was great when I called with questions before our trip My family cannot wait to come back. We loved every minute of staying at your cabin.

Everything went as planned. Everything worked.There were no surprises. The internet was painfully slow, but I wasnt there to surf the internet. The staff was friendly, check in was simple, check out was even easier. I will definitely continue using your company.

The view from this cabin is amazing!

This is our second year coming back and this year we extended it to 10 days. We absolutely love it here. This year we bought another couple along and they will be booking again.

Great visit and time in a well prepared and stocked cabin. Location was great and centrally located for all areas in and around the towns. Only minor issues were a much older shower head in 1 of the bathrooms and of all the kitchen utensils available there was no non-metalic spatulas available.

We really enjoyed the cabin. It was clean and comfortable and it had amazing views! We saw a bear right outside the cabin one morning! The location is perfect for Dollywood and is convenient to many other attractions. We will definitely stay again!

Clean, cozy, private, secured.

Staff was great, even called us to let us know the cabin was ready and we could come earlier than normal check in. We had an with the 2 for 1 discounts and ended up not using them.

Everything at the cabin was great. It is a beautiful place. It is not as large as it appears on the photos but was ok for us.

Everything was excellent: the information prior to checking in, clearly stated rules, the cleanliness of the cabin. I only had trouble signing in with the code because I was asked to press the check mark, which didn't exist. Our code box had a lock symbol which finally worked after I was told to use after entering the code. On our previous visits to Private Sunsets, the lock symbol was only for locking the door.

We couldn't of been more pleased with Private Sunsets cabin we called home for almost a week. Everything was perfect and fit our needs for our special needs son in wheelchair. We had breakfast every morning on deck enjoying to magnificent view.

Love this cabin! Great view, good location. Have stayed in this cabin twice, and many others through Timber Tops.

You guys were great. The cabin was cozy and the view excellent. Hidden springs resort could take a couple of days to pick the trash up off the cliffs and do some landscaping to discourage that.

Only problem we had was sun coming through windows around 6-7:30pm and is not being able to stay in living room bc sun in our eyes Other than that it was all perfect we loved it

Private Sunsets was a great cabin with stunning views of the mountains. Check-in was very easy and directions for amenities and Check-out were clearly and easily displayed in the cabin once arriving.

This was the perfect cabin for us since we have little kids. There was very few breakables and the games available were great.

I’m always welcomed here especially when I have so many questions 😁

It could not have been more PERFECT! Our cabin was spotless, warm and inviting, decorated for Christmas, totally inclusive of everything that we would need ( when the snow storm came and we were delighted to have to spend the entire day in the cabin) and we can’t wait to come back. Easy check in and out process, reasonable price, very professional people in the main offices and Bernard that was quick in getting to us and wonderful in solving our thermostat adjustment. First class service all the way!! So very GLAD to have chosen Timber Tops once again and could not have b been MORE THAN SATISFIED. No substitute for NUMBER ONE!!! Paula and Karen from KY. The extremely clean and well equipped cabin exceeded our expectations. Check in and out was seamless and everyone was courteous and helpful.

The reservation, check-in, and check-out processes were smooth and convenient. The cabin was very clean and very nice in every way. We had a great time and would highly recommend a visit to the Smokies and using Timber Tops/Amazing Views. Can't wait to visit again soon!

Private Sunsets was perfect!!! We had a great stay. The beds were comfortable, beautiful views, kids had fun in the pool and hot tube. They also had fun with the board games and game table.

This has been the best cabin among all the cabins we have stayed. We will definitely stay at this cabin in the future. The mattress and furniture was comfortable. The view was great from all the windows.

We stayed in the Private Sunsets cabin. We had a wonderful time and loved the cabin. This was the 1st time going to Gatlinburg for 3 of the people in my group. They also enjoyed the cabin and would like to bring their families. The only issue was a few of the pots and pans were very used and could stand to be replaced. I would book this cabin again.

Timber tops was very easy to book and easy check in, loved the cabin but the resort had a bad smell at the lower end, did not smell it much while we were at the cabin but very bad at pool and lower area. Again we loved the cabin, neat, clean, description did not match, there was no Xbox or air hockey as listed but it did have arcade game, my son was disappointed about not having the Xbox system, he had brought games to play but did enjoy the arcade games, overall very good.

Very nice cabin and vacation!! The cabin was a perfect size for the three of us and it was well stocked and maintained. The area to park was tight, but we managed with a full size truck.

You did great and the only complaint I might have is that the bed in the bedroom where washer and dryer are in the bathroom was not very comfortable. Over all it was great.

Everything was great except when we got to the cabin the heat was on and set to 92. This was at 10 pm so it took all night to cool down. Simple mistake I know but the first night was pretty warm, everything else was as advertised.

We were very pleased with our cabin. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The cabin and the view exceeded our expectation. The cabin was clean, comfortable and the view was unbelievable. The only areas that might be considered as places to improve might be bed comfort and dusting under beds, and that was nothing that took away from the stay. We will come back!

Our experience with Timbertop was amazing! The cabin was beautiful, clean and peaceful. The view was incredible, and the fireworks each night were an awesome surprise. We'll definitely be back!

Clean cabins with great customer service!

The chalet was beautiful as well as the views. The only thing that needs updating is the grill. I'm not sure why it was painted purple and fortunately it did not get hot enough to cook our steaks well done even though it was charcoal.

The view was spectacular . The cabin was private just like the name of the cabin. (Private sunsets ) unfortunately my wife and I are disabled and getting in and out of the hot tub or the jacuzzi bath was impossible. The staff was attentive with our needs. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking. The coupons were handy and saved us some $ . Loved having a washer and dryer. The heat and air conditioning worked great. The deck was an entire room of its own. The couch and chair in living room were uncomfortable . The mattresses were just ok
