Ridge Top Retreat

The facility met our expectations, with everything clean and ready for our arrival. When we had minor needs for maintenance, the appropriate technicians were there the next day to take care of things.

Cabin was as described online. It’s convenient location to pigeon forge. I would recommend it because snow was removed from road to allow safe travel during winter weather

Beautiful house, so much to do!

Our very large blended family had a blast. The weather outside was frightful :) but there was so much to do in the cabin, the bad weather actually made it kind of special. We all stayed inside where it was warm and cozy. The grandkids swam and played Pac-Man; we had a cookie decorating contest, a talent show, and played "Dirty Santa." There was plenty of room for all 29 of us. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms wre clean and inviting. We loved it.

Beautiful kitchen but needs some large cookware for the size of our group. Large dining area. Beautiful views with large covered deck areas. we were told to call when trash needed to be picked up. It took 2 days for someone to come. With 20+ people staying at the house trash accumulates quickly. I think a schedule of picking up trash every other day would be helpful!

Everthibg was great! Jids loves it. The hot tub jets didn't seem to work poperly.

Loved the cabin! Need a few repairs, but overall Great place to stay at! The front doorknob and door strip needs repairing.

Our family had an awesome time!

The house was absolutely gorgeous! With a bigger group, we really appreciated the multiple fridges, sinks, etc. The bar area was an added bonus. Absolutely loved the experience.

It was a beautiful cabin. It had plenty of dishes and cookware. Bedrooms were very nice. Only negative was that the hot tub never got hot, and with covid restrictions on repairs, we never got to use it.

The group really enjoyed the cabin. It was very nice and well appointed. All of the cabins that we have rented in the past had propane grills and this one did not. I'm not sure if it points that out on the listing but it would be good to know before arriving at the cabin. We went to the store and bought charcoal and it worked out fine. Watching tv was a little challenging. We need step by step instructions on how to use the different choices. Overall a great cabin and we will definitely look to rent this once again.

The cabin was incredible! The house worked perfectly for our group and we are looking forward to coming back soon. Our only disappointment was there was a gas line issue which caused us to not be able to use the fire pit. The issue was not able to be resolved during our 9 day stay. Everything else about our stay was incredible.

Jennifer was amazing to work with. Ridge Top Retreat was beautiful. The pool room stones collect water and it never drains just fyi. We had a wonderful stay.

The cabin was beautiful and it was a lovely drive to the cabin area. The customer service provide both on the phone and in person was wonderful. The cabin is just beautiful. I called with four issues regarding the cabin and all but one were able to be fixed very quickly.

EXCELLENT STAY! I had to call in to maintenance because we couldn't figure out the hot tub. It was our mistake but they came quickly anyway and showed us how to turn it on, haha. Otherwise, this palace-cabin was SPARKLING CLEAN and LIKE-NEW!!! Our church group was overjoyed with the amenities and the fine customer service we received.
