W want to thank you for the use of your cabin. Our family had a wonderful stay. Every thing was just like the pictures on the website. They actually didn’t do them justice. The place was beautiful. And the view was amazing! I would definitely be renting again.

Great stay! This was our first visit to the Smokies and we're so happy that we chose this cabin. Everything was perfect. Very clean, the kitchen was fully equipped, the cabin is spacious with really nice beds and mattresses. We slept like royalty. We enjoyed the theater room and best of all, the indoor pool and hot tub! But don't forget those incredible mountain views while relaxing around the fire pit on the deck at sunset. We will definitely recommend this cabin and Timber Tops to our friends. Customer service was wonderful, thank you. We will be back soon!

What a wonderful place to vacation! The house is beautiful, and the view is amazing. The children loved the theater room. The pool and hot tub were great. The bedrooms are spacious, the firepit and grill are on natural gas which is so helpful. No empty or half full propane tanks. Sitting on the deck I realized something was missing, the noise pollution of traffic! So peaceful! Wonderful memories of a family vacation were made, that will last a life time. We are looking froward to going back.

Super friendly and helpful staff every time I called. Great customer service! House was very clean, pool and hot tub very clean as well. Would’ve liked more trash can liners and a kitchen sponge. Also the outside grill desperately needs to be cleaned. But we thoroughly enjoyed it and plan on returning!

Convenient express check in, house was spotless, updated and well-appointed with kitchen items and furniture. A perfect time in a perfect place. Our family of 6 loved the home and the Great Smoky Mountains trip!!

We loved our stay in the cabin. Our entire group had a wonderful time together! There was plenty of room for our group of 9. Beautiful views! The indoor pool was a big hit with our family. Our only suggestions would be to put hooks up in the bathrooms so we could have somewhere to hang towels. Also, maybe a full length mirror in the bedrooms. The hot tub was functional, but really didn’t get very warm. Overall, it was a great experience!!!!

The cabin and the stay were great! Everything was very clean and inviting when we arrived. The only issues we had were that we got the wrong pool door code and WiFi password on the sheet and had to call to get the correct ones the next morning. Also, the Blu-ray player wouldn’t turn on, but that wasn’t a big deal for us but it might be for other guests. Otherwise a perfect stay! We were already talking about renting again in warmer weather.
